March 1st Notes

We are in the middle of a battle with Gypsy (DA) on a cliff with 15 flying fish coming toward him and 15 flying fish going toward Blaze in the air. Everyone else is on their way to help. *DA puts a shield around himself and the fish destroy it in less than a minute and come straight at him. *Blaze casts chromatic protection. Joe concentrates really hard. Three fish are coming toward Blaze. Two go spiraling away and one still comes toward her. She easily smacks the remaining one away from her and makes a thunder clap. Half of the fish swim away. Six are coming toward her so she does a flip up and around them comes up from behind them. Two of them grabbed the wing board before she could dodge them. *DA casts a blinding flash toward the fish coming toward him. Three stop and the rest, nine, blink and head toward him. He does another blinding flash and six of them are blinded this time. Three are left coming toward him from all directions. He casts another shield. *Blaze tries to do a magic net over the six in front of her. When she goes to do this, one of the fish fly right in front of her and startles her. She accidently catches the fish in front of her as well as herself and her wing board. She quickly dispels the mystic net. The one in front of her bites on to her face. *DA gives himself super human strength by shooting himself in the foot. The fish are still attacking the shield around him. *Blaze drinks her repel animals potion and it has no effect. Another fish is biting on her ankle. The one on her face is still chomping, there’s one on her ankle and there are six still coming toward her. *DA forms another shield right before the last one is destroyed. DA is getting really mad at the fish. *Blaze cast carpet of adhesion on herself. The one on her face chomps again, but stays stuck there and she can no longer see. The one on her ankle bits her and is stays stuck there. Another one bites her head and stays stuck there. The fish that are stuck are thrashing around so the other fish start circling around her. She is still able to keep control of her hover cycle. *Everyone else is almost half way there. Joe is still concentrating. *The fish on her are still biting Blaze so she dispels the carpet of adhesion. *DA does a blinding flash and one of them gets blinded. Two are still coming. * Blaze does another chromatic protection and one falls off her wing board. Three of the six fly at her and she dodges out of the way. *DA does another blinding flash and the last two are blinded. He is now in a mind field of flying fish all flying around in circles all over the place. *Allison shoots toward the fish and now she has been noticed.*Joe stops concentrating and flies off toward the group. *Crom stops, stats howling and shoots a big rocket toward the goblins. He misses. *Hikari shoots a fish that is following Blaze. There is now an arrow sticking out of one of the fish and it makes a weird sound and clutches at the arrow. *There are five coming toward Allison. *The goblins come running out of the canyon toward Crom. *Blaze is flying toward the ground, she cast befuddle on the one on her foot. It seems to have no effect so she just kicks it off her foot. *DA has a very good physical prowess, but amazingly enough he fails to dodge all the fish and one of them that has been flying around in circles bumps into the back of his head and bits him. He just reaches up and rips it off his head and throws it on the ground and kicks it. It goes flying off into the distance. *Blaze still has about three following her and none on her at the moment. She shoots one with an ice bolt and one starts shivering. *Crom is running toward the goblin running toward him. Hikari shoots another arrow and hits another fish. *DA is able to make it back to his hovercycle. *Crom is now in the middle of the goblins and zaps all the goblins within a twenty foot radius with lightning. *Allison creates her psi sword and gets ready to for the incoming fish. *Blaze cast cloud of smoke behind her and pulls up out of her dive. *Hikari starts shooting at the goblins now. *DA is now on his hover cycle and flies away toward the rest of the group. He is not able to dodge all the fish as he flies away, though and two fish get plastered on his windshield. *Blaze sees one fish fly out of the smoke safely and one goes flying into the ground. *Hikari shoots and misses and hits the side of the canyon. *Blaze finally shoots one of her fish. It doesn’t seem to really effect it. *Crom is fighting all the goblins in the canyon by himself. *Allison smacks one fish away from her and then slices another one in two. Of the three following, one flies into the ground, one backs off a little and the third comes blazing toward Allison. It slams into her stomach and makes her stagger back. *Hikari hit another goblin with his arrow and he is down. *DA tries to hit a fish on his windshield and misses. *Crom takes the head off the chief. *Blaze does magic net and gets the last fish. *Allison hits the one on her stomach with her sword and it screeches at me and bite again. The one on the ground bites at her ankle and she kicks it and it goes flopping away. *Hikari shoots Blaze’s wing board but she still manages not to crash. *Crom is still fighting but he is getting pretty beat up. He is able to make most of them run away. Only three are left. *Allison hits the one on her stomach off, but nicks herself just a little. The last one bites her in the butt. *Joe is now finally at the mouth of the canyon. He starts cooking fish. *Gypsy stops the bike and gets off. Both fish leap on each shoulder and starts biting him. * Blaze is looking at the fish too much and doesn’t notice that she is now in the canyon. She does clip the wall of the canyon, but doesn’t crash. *Crom zaps the last three and they are convulsing on the ground. *Allison swipes the fish off her rear end. The last fish she is fighting runs away as she yells coward after it. The group reforms back where they started and Narash says, “That was fun.” Gypsy asks for help with the two fish still stuck to his shoulders. Flea pops them off his shoulders and eats them. Blaze heals Crom half way with the Thraidec. We feed him lots of fish. While we are all discussing what is happening, Allison asks for the Thraidec and tries to do an object read. She collapses, unconscious. They think that using the Thraidec to heal her would not be a good idea. Blaze does take it away from her, though. Joe offers to induce sleep. Psychic diagnosis says that she is healthy and her brain is going crazy. Gypsy takes over the wing board and they decide to just carry Allison. Narash leads us over the mountains to the North side to get out of the land of the unholy. On the other side of the mountains Narash chants and a water fountain appears out of the ground. We fill up our water skins and Davis gets a glint in his eye as he feels up his canteen. He gets Allison really wet. It doesn’t seem to do any good. Narash explains how the planet is alive and how it give them all the things that the people need from the clothes they wear to the air they breath. The unholy came and corrupted the world sometime in the past. Narash’s city is off to the northwest. The seeker is pointed south over the mountains and west. It is pointed toward Demon infested land. We decide to go to the city to see if we can have help getting the item. Late that evening Allison wakes up and is very weak. She tells everyone that she saw a face that was a statue in the temple saying, “Restore me. Restore me to the Light” It was hazy and seemed that he is the Thraidec. She says that she saw a lot of what was on the scroll, but no one brought the scroll. Narash provides dinner for everyone. He cants and some bugs come out of the ground. Hikari cooks them and all but Blaze is able to eat them. It takes a couple of days to get to Layton. Some time in the past the planet was created and somehow people came on the planet and lived in peace, but some fool summoned the unholy and he has now concurred over half of the world and those left are fighting him. The current age is called the crime of the trial and the cathedral is the leader of the good people. There are about 24 free human cities left that are free, but there are little towns here and there. Each city has its own cathedral that is lead by its own priest. Every town has its own temple. There is no centralized government. The morning that we get to Layton, one of the tiles on the Seeker is filled. It has been 8 days to fill it about 85 PPE. All the buildings are the same color of the planet and are formed from the planet itself. We go toward the center of the building where the cathedral is. Blaze wants to go to the food caves to try and find non bug food. Hikari wants to talk to the leader of the cathedral to try and get help. The Dee Bees and Davis stay outside and the humans go into the cathedral. The Dee Bees try to find the inn to sleep at while they are waiting. When we go into the temple an old guy greets Narash and we go deep into the cathedral and are told to sit in a room until we are summoned. We play cards while we wait. Outside they are wandering around trying to find the Inn while Davis is climbing the buildings. As they walk around the corner they find four knights in body armor that look like medieval knights but their armor is not normal. Blaze goes up to them to talk to them. They question what kind of being she is and the response of Devil Man is not taken well. They say that they are under arrest. There is almost a fight, but Blaze is able to calm her comrades and they are taken. Davis is on a building somewhere. Big Dee went to the food caves. They get led into the dungeon. They are put in a room and the bars came up from the floor made of the planet. The people inside sit there for a couple of hours. The old priest comes out and asks if we need anything. We ask for some food. He doesn’t know how long it is going to take. The food he brings is not bugs! The guys says that we are free to stay as long as we want. We think that we might want to know what is going on with the others so we are going to have Gypsy and Allison go find them and Hikari stay to talk with the guy. As we are talking about it Davis pops his head in a window and says, “Hi, guys!” He invites us to go climbing with us. We pass but ask about the others and he says that he thinks they are in jail. Gypsy and Allison decide to go looking for the old guy that has been taking care of us. They are led to the wrong guy that leads them to the mail hall. The old guy comes back to Hikari in about 30 minutes and says that the high priest is willing to see them and starts freaking out when Gypsy and Allison aren’t there. When we get to the main all we find things in an uproar because there is a strange thing climbing all over the buildings. They have been trying to shoot Davis, but they haven’t been able to hit him. We go to the leader of the knights and try to get him to stop shooting Davis and that we can make him stop climbing on the buildings, but he is very offended by what Davis is doing. We tell him that he most likely won’t be able to shoot him and one of the other knights agrees saying that they have been shooting him for a long time and he catches the arrows and throws them back asking if they want to try again. The old guy finds us and leads us to the high priest and says that we will take care of Davis when we get back. The high priest says that Davis will be dead by the time we get back. We don’t think he will have much luck. We finally ask what the priest’s name is and he says it is “Xersies.” We tell him that we want our friends out of prison, but he tells us that we have kept the priest waiting too long and it is time to go now. Gypsy and Allison closely watch Hikari as to how we are supposed to act. The high priest is in his late fifties in a robe. Asks us where we came from and we tell him, “Earth.” He says that he has been to Earth. Hikari tells him that we are trying to find an item that we heard was here. The high priest says that he would need more information to be of assistance and Hikari says that his friend knows more about it but she has been captured because she is no human. Hikari explains a little more and we apologize for all the complications we have caused. The High Priest smiles a little and asks Narash to go get the Captain of the Guard for him. After a half an hour the Captain of the Guard comes in and he is told to go get the prisoners before he goes, Davis pops in another window. Allison screams, Narash faints, the Captain pulls his sword, and the Priest just smiles. Hikari introduces Davis. Davis tells us all about his fun. Davis is able to come in by offering him a red marble to play with. The Captain leaves to go get the prisoners but before he leaves he has the guards that were outside the room go and stand on the inside of the door.
